Welcome to Study For Next (the "Service," "Website," or "App").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Study For Next platform, which provides services including Admission, Training, Projects, and Placement support. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
👤 1. Account Terms and Eligibility
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and for all academic and placement-related submissions (e.g., transcripts, resumes).
💳 2. Payments, Refunds, and Service Access
- Fees: Certain services (Training, Premium Placement) may require payment. All fees are listed on the relevant service page and are subject to change upon notice.
- Refund Policy: Our refund policy is clearly stated on the billing page. Generally, refunds are offered within a specific number of days of purchase, provided that the user has consumed less than a specified percentage of the course content. Placement service fees are non-refundable once the service begins.
- Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance or updates without liability.

- Our Content: All content provided by Study For Next (courses, assessments, articles, software code, design) is our exclusive property and protected by copyright. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this material for your individual, non-commercial use only.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.
- User Content: You retain ownership of your projects and documents ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content only for the purpose of providing, grading, and improving the Service (e.g., sharing a resume with placement partners).

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights (including IP rights).
- Sharing your account credentials or Study For Next content with non-users.
- Posting fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harassing content.
