Construction Guide

Follow these steps to build your model.

Frame Fabrication

Cut metal/wood channels for the side rails. Drill holes for roller shafts.

Roller Assembly

Insert bearings into PVC pipes or metal tubes. Mount shafts through the frame.

Belt Installation

Wrap the conveyor belt (canvas/rubber) around rollers. Stitch or glue ends.

4

Motor Drive

Connect DC motor to drive roller via pulley/chain. Apply power and test.
