Building Shell

Construct the building structure using thick foam board. Paint the exterior with light, reflective colors.

Window Glazing

Use double-layered acrylic/plastic for windows to demonstrate thermal insulation (low 'U' value).

Water System

Create gutters and pipes leading to a visible underground tank to demonstrate Rainwater Harvesting (RWH).

Renewable Energy

Mount a solar panel/LEDs on the roof. Add wires to show connection to the building's internal supply.
