DESIGN PROCESS

Phases of Highway Construction.

Survey & Align

Topographic survey. Fixing alignment avoiding obstacles. Calculating gradients and curves.

Earthwork

Excavation and embankment. Compacting the subgrade soil to achieve desired density (CBR).

Pavement Layers

Laying GSB (Granular Sub-Base), WMM (Wet Mix Macadam), and Bituminous layers.

Finishing

Road marking, installing signboards, crash barriers, and drainage systems.
